Role:

Finance Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Assist in preparing financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data
  • Support in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure statutory compliance
  • Maintain documentation for finance policies and workflows
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting tools like Tally, Xero, or similar
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
