Job Title: Frontend Developer

This is a full-time, completely-remote, role for a developer with fundamental knowledge and experience in full-stack development. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface of web applications and assist in deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and intuitive user interfaces for web platforms using React.js/Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.">
  • Build and maintain scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express.js) and potentially Python (FastAPI).">
  • Develop, test, and seamlessly integrate APIs to connect web applications with core models and data services.">
  • Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code across the full stack, adhering to modern web development best practices.">
  • Collaborate on database design and management using MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.">
  • Utilize Git for version control in a collaborative environment and collaborate on cloud platforms deployment like AWS, GCP, Azure.">
  • Work closely with engineers, scientists, and the team to translate complex technical requirements into elegant and functional user-facing features.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: A proven background in Front-End Development, Responsive Web Design, Back-End Web Development, and Software Development.

Expertise: Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Proficiency: Solid understanding of back-end development principles and proficiency in Python.

Knowledge: Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Development: Proven experience in developing, testing, and integrating RESTful APIs.

DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with Git and deploying applications on cloud platforms.
