Lead Software Developer Role

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer with extensive knowledge in Solana blockchain development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and optimizing high-performance dApps, smart contracts, and on-chain programs on Solana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems using Rust language.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Rust language with good development experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.
  • Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code.
  • Hands-on experience building fullstack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts.
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.)
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
  • R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech, CS/IT or related field
  • 2+yrs of relevant exp. with Solana blockchain
