Web Development Team Lead Opportunity

Haris & Co is seeking an experienced and skilled web development team lead to manage a talented group of frontend and backend developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect websites and web applications that meet or exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with 3-5 years of experience in leading teams and managing projects. They will also have hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, as well as strong project management and task prioritization skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of web developers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement best practices for coding standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to improve their skills and career growth.
  • Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in web development, with 1-2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.).
  • Strong project management and task prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
