About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior MERN Stack Developer located in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will lead web development projects, design and develop front-end and back-end architecture, ensure responsive design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
  • Debug and optimize applications
  • Manage databases
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  • Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is a plus
