Service Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
The selected individual will act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- To implement processes for dealing with customers in a timely and transparent manner.
- To resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service handling inbound calls.
- Good knowledge of basic computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Possession of a presentable personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Malayalam, Punjabi, Tulu, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
