We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to support our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in project coordination, Agile practices, and client communication.
The successful candidate will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in planning and coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitating and documenting scrum meetings, stand-ups, and client discussions.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.
- Supporting project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
