Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill the positions of PTP/RTR/OTC. The selected candidates will be responsible for processing invoices, vendor queries, and other accounts payable activities with high accuracy and speed.

  • PTP Responsibilities:
    • Invoice processing and non-PO invoicing
    • Payment processing and banking
    • Vendor query resolution
    • Employee expense processing
    • Statement reconciliation
    • Vendor clearing
    • Monthly reporting
  • OTC Responsibilities:
    • Cash application and allocation
    • Credit management
    • Credit insurance and follow-up
    • Cash flow forecasting
    • Order approvals
    • Monthly reporting
  • RTR Responsibilities:
    • Journal entry processing
    • Balance sheet reconciliation
    • Month-end tasks and reporting
    • Fixed asset accounting
    • Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
    • Standard costing (limited requirement)

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in commerce (BCom/BBA/MBA/MCom) and have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.

  • Key Requirements:
    • Hands-on working knowledge of SAP
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
