  • Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts and financial projections.
  • Develop procurement strategies, manage requests for proposal (RFPs), tenders, bills of quantities (BOQs), and site deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation to optimize project costs and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management and pre-construction planning.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines.
