Financial Operations Specialist

As a finance associate, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and assisting in preparing financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries to ensure timely and accurate financial data entry.
- Assist in preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to provide stakeholders with accurate financial insights.
- Support the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to drive business decisions.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF/ESIC filings, and ROC requirements.
- Maintain documentation for finance policies, SOPs, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting tools like Tally, Xero, or similar.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.
