Financial Leadership Opportunity

We seek a senior finance professional to spearhead our financial strategy, driving growth and profitability through effective planning, budgeting, and risk management.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans to executive leadership.
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee financial operations, including accounting, billing, payroll, and banking relationships, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Implement and maintain robust internal controls, safeguarding company assets and ensuring proper financial reporting.
  3. Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and analysing variances between actual performance and budget.
  4. Manage cash flow forecasts and working capital to ensure operational liquidity, mitigating financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT/ITES company engaged in client services or product development
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the IT/ITES and Pharma sector, client service models, cost structures, and market trends
  • International Exposure: Working experience in managing financial operations across multiple geographies, particularly in US and UK
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse complex financial data and present actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with executive management, clients, and cross-functional teams
