Campaign Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage marketing campaigns in SFMC to meet project timelines.

- Ensure campaign accuracy, quality control, and seamless customer experience through meticulous attention to detail.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand campaign requirements and provide updates on project progress.

- Foster strong collaboration skills to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in configuring and deploying campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Strong ability to manage complex tasks with high accuracy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during campaign setup and deployment.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
