Product Design Innovator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UX researcher to lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation in product design. As a seasoned expert, you will inspire collaboration and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies and user needs. Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.

Develop research plans by designing strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation. Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Research Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives.
  • Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows.
  • Develop Research Plans: Design strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and Share Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in defining qualitative and quantitative research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Expertise in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing progress and findings to drive alignment and results.
  • A history of independently planning and executing UX/MR research activities using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Familiarity with corporate or consulting environments, along with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills (both written and verbal), including proficiency in creating impactful presentations.
  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle and how research integrates into the design process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field.
  • Experience working on multi-country research projects is a bonus.
