As a pharmaceutical research strategist, you will be at the forefront of defining problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing optimal research approaches with a mix of research techniques, structuring and presenting data and results using relevant frameworks, and presenting results of the research to the client and handling client queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic reports and executive-level presentations, delivering actionable insights and clear recommendations tailored for senior leadership stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions independently or as part of cross-functional teams
  • Proactively contribute to organizational goals, with a keen interest in driving innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategy consulting and advisory within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with a strong track record across key project types
  • Deep expertise in primary market research (both qualitative and quantitative), with the ability to apply advanced analytical models and strategic frameworks for data synthesis
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp client objectives and deliver high-impact solutions independently or as part of cross-functional teams
  • Strong working knowledge of key pharma and medical data sources, including public databases and commercial platforms
  • Analytical and growth-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering value-driven outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a focus on active listening, stakeholder engagement, and team synergy
