Key Sourcing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Key Sourcing Professional to play a pivotal role in strengthening our presence in the real estate market.

Role Overview:

The Key Sourcing Professional will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and developers, driving project onboarding, and expanding our business pipeline through strategic networking and sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective connections with channel partners to position them as crucial connectors for our company.
  • Project Onboarding: Drive project onboarding by securing new mandates for property development projects.
  • Developer Engagement: Engage with developers, delivering presentations that highlight our strengths, services, and track record.
  • Sourcing and Identification: Identify and source new developers to expand our business pipeline.
  • Connector Development: Convert channel partners into long-term connectors to ensure a steady flow of new project mandates.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and alignment with company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sourcing activities and provide regular updates to management on progress, pipeline, and results.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.
