Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Business Analyst to join our Application Development Team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions to support our global treasury operations.
Your Focus
- Design, maintain, and enhance business processes and models in the Finance area.
- Monitor and improve how IT systems are used, including training, process change, and system change.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage projects to improve processes and IT systems, following standard methodologies like ASAP.
- Configure IT applications to support new and enhanced processes and roles, including documentation, training material, test scenarios, and working procedures.
- Create specifications to assist the application development team in the development of interfaces, data conversions, forms, reports, and enhancements.
- Own all IT applications in the defined functional area.
- Evaluate new releases and functionality and recommend on the appropriateness for IFF.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA/CA or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of solid experience in various aspects of large-scale ERP application platforms, operations, and support in international business environments, with at least five years' experience in a manufacturing environment (Order to Cash) processes/sub-processes.
- SAP Solution Consultant for S/4HANA global solution spanning multiple countries over North America, Europe, LATAM, and Asia-Pacific for Treasury and Hedging.
- Exhibit good command over more than one of the following areas in SAP Treasury: Cash Management, In-house Cash, Payments, Multi-Bank Connectivity, Trading Platform Integration, Short and long-term investments and Debt instruments, Credit Risk and Market data management, and Loans management (FS-CML).
- Understand business processes related to Financial Instruments hedging, such as intercompany loans and derivatives e.g., FX options and FX forwards, or Commodities hedging.
- Translate and map the business processes to enable design in SAP-TR, Hedging and surrounding applications. Help cull out end-to-end functional and non-functional system requirements, including integration with other non-SAP tools and systems surrounding the S/4 platform.
- Hands-on ability to independently prototype SAP solution to meet end-to-end Treasury & Hedging requirements, define work-breakdown structure for a configuration and development team to develop a cohesive working solution.
- SAP TRM configuration and enhancements for a robust and scalable solution.
- Research current trends and best practices, to advise business leads and IT-configurators around best solution approach for the client.
- Hands-on ability to write system design documents, including detailed design, technical design, update requirements traceability, and test scenarios, cases.
- Design & maintain integration of SAP Treasury with SAP-Finance and other non-SAP platforms for cash-application, reconciliation, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
