About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate on solution implementation. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and define requirements for solution development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Perform complex analyses of State Medicaid Policies and Legacy System business rules.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8 or more years of configuration experience or working with data schema of QNXT or FACETS applications.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and schemas.
  • Experience writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Experience working with Medicaid/MMIS systems, preferably in DDI and operations & maintenance phases.
