Training Manager

This role is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops on communication, email etiquette, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, team collaboration, and leadership essentials.
  • Design and deliver new hire induction training and refresher sessions tailored to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) employees.
  • Evaluate employee training needs through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback.
  • Develop customized training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies relevant to the BPO/customer service environment.
  • Coach and mentor employees to improve customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align training modules with business objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive training Management Information System (MIS) and provide regular reports on participation and outcomes.

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering training programs, as well as assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
