Oracle HCM Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Specialist to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 years in Benefits. They will be responsible for modifying/configuring and maintaining Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing, develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads, build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards, collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance, manage Oracle SRs, and conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 years in Benefits
  • Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
