Position Details:
  • Job Title: Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy advanced Gen AI applications leveraging Azure AI services.
  2. Possess foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
  3. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
  4. Have hands-on experience with LangChain or equivalent frameworks.
  5. Carry rich experience in designing and deploying RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
  6. Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  7. Design agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks and interact effectively.
  8. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or similar.
  9. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection and management for AI applications.
  10. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.
