Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the implementation of scalable and replicable welfare programs that make a lasting difference in the lives of over 250,000 temporary workers across multiple locations.

This pivotal role will shape the health, hygiene, accommodation, and transportation standards for our workforce, boosting productivity, reducing attrition, and solidifying our reputation as an exemplary employer.

The successful candidate will develop and implement cost-effective welfare programs in collaboration with government bodies, NGOs, EPC partners, and internal stakeholders.

They will also be responsible for vendor management, crisis handling, and government liaison, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human resources, public administration, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Master's degree in business administration or public administration (preferred).
