Senior Sales Executive – Pharma Filtration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the pharma and biotech industry to drive business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B/OEM sales of validated filtration products, including depth filters, membrane cartridges, and process housings, to pharmaceutical API/formulation and biotech plants.
  • Manage and grow key pharma/biotech accounts by offering consultative, solution-driven filtration systems that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across API, formulation, sterile injectables, and biotech segments.
  • Engage with decision-makers, including Plant Heads, QA/Validation Teams, Utility Heads, and Engineering Managers, to negotiate and close deals.
  • Lead technical discussions involving DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, filter integrity testing, and documentation support to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-8 years of sales or business development experience in the filtration industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with pharma clients, with a focus on providing value-added solutions rather than just pitching products.
  • Strong knowledge of process filtration, including membrane, depth, sterile, and utility filtration, as well as validation protocols (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) and cleanroom compliance.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating frequent travel, both domestically and internationally, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
