
Total Reward Innovator

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our total reward priorities, utilizing your expertise to guide the business through change and risk management. Your focus will be on ensuring that total reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and underpin increased business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions to deliver differentiated outcomes for differentiated performance across specific business units and geographies.
- Collaborating with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to enhance the effectiveness of total reward, driving improved business performance.
- Driving increased leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption and use.
- Identifying innovative ways to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance within and across business units through total reward insights.
You will be responsible for implementing and embedding total reward programmes, enhancing total reward value as part of the EVP, and bringing external perspectives and best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organizational performance.
The skills you will need to succeed include:
- Business partnering: leading and shaping partnerships with leaders to translate business unit/CU goals into total reward programmes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: demonstrating strong analytical ability to analyze data, identify root causes of issues, develop effective solutions and make data-driven decisions.
- Change and project delivery: highly proficient in change management techniques to facilitate smooth transition of total reward change.
- Storytelling with data/business insights: strong skills in building the case for total reward change, drawing on data and analytical insights, and communicating through customer-centric design.
- Communication: the ability to communicate confidently and with influence across all total reward matters.
- Innovation and excellence: constantly building knowledge base through internal and external learning exposure, bringing thought leadership to influence business total reward solutions.
Mandatory experience includes at least 7 years of leading effective change across all elements of total reward, deep technical total reward experience, agile business partnership, governance and risk management, and establishing strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business.
