Our ideal candidate will oversee social marketing mandate, including Go-To-Market strategy and influencer campaign management.

  • Briefing and working with agency partners to align and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Developing strategies for social marketing activations, driving business, marketing, and social goals.
  • Working closely with external partners to align plans and ensure smooth execution.

The role requires helping inform internal teams of key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business.

Strategies and plans around recruitment and optimization of influencers will be developed - Understanding the influencer and content creator ecosystem is crucial.

  • Comfortable working with data and numbers while also knowing the pulse of great content that works for social media audiences
  • Ensuring agency execution is in line with the marketing brief while maintaining brand and partner guidelines.

Collaboration with colleagues, marketing and business teams, as well as social teams across APAC and IN, is essential to deliver social marketing plans.

  • Great communication and presentation skills to represent the work well in forums with key stakeholders

An experimental and dynamic mindset is required to analyze successes, failures, learnings, and way forward on initiatives and experiments.
