About the Role

This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, knowledge of the travel industry, customer service skills, negotiation skills, computer skills, and language skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Travel Arrangement Management: Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel logistics.
  • Budget Control: Manage travel expenses to ensure costs are within allocated limits.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to client travel policies and procedures.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with travel agencies to secure the best rates and services.
  • Itinerary Management: Check and share detailed travel itineraries to ensure they meet the needs of travelers.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve any issues that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or unexpected changes.
  • Travel Guidance: Provide travelers with information on travel regulations and safety protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other relevant data.
