We're seeking a skilled Webflow developer to join our team and create exceptional web experiences for marketing purposes. You'll work directly with designers and marketers to develop engaging online experiences for leads and customers, ensuring seamless user interactions and effective communication of key messages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with in-house designers and the marketing team to craft compelling web pages and landing page concepts that meet business objectives.
  • Maintaining website performance through regular audits and implementing data-driven insights to enhance user experience.
  • Providing actionable recommendations to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and more.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in web development to ensure we remain competitive and ahead of the curve.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale updates to large-scale implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • A deep understanding of web design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout principles, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design best practices.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, including backlinking strategies, keyword rankings, and adapting to evolving SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
