Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to lead the development of our web platforms.

About the Role:

As a senior full-stack developer, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, scaling, and secure development of our web applications. You will guide our in-house team, ensure smooth deployments, and handle advanced backend and DevOps challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance.
  • Own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy.
  • Implement best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection.
  • Mentor and review work of junior developers to maintain code quality.
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high uptime (monitoring, logging, alerting).
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.).
  • Document processes, create handover guides, and establish technical SOPs.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript.
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines).
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization.
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Redis/queues for caching and job processing.
  • Experience with payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), Twilio/WhatsApp APIs.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, serverless functions, or microservices.
  • Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus, Datadog).
