Project Execution Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our electrical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Busduct Installation, Testing, and Commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project execution alongside top sales, design, and factory teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical insights to innovate at the design stage and drive project efficiency.
  • Create and own project timelines to guarantee smooth on-time delivery.
  • Drive cost optimization and project savings through effective resource management.
  • Buid, mentor, and empower high-performing project teams and contractors to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Essential Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 10-12 years of hands-on experience with Busduct Installation, Testing, and Commissioning.
  • Strong command over AutoCAD and electrical technicalities.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing high-pressure projects and teams.
