Job Title: Electrical Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned electrical project leader to oversee the execution of large-scale projects involving high-voltage and low-voltage systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site activities, supervising a team of over 500 workers and 35 core staff members, and coordinating with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Manage on-site activities for electrical HT & LT installation works, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise a workforce, coordinate with the procurement department for material delivery, and ensure compliance with safety norms and regulations.
  • Client Coordination: Attend meetings, ensure proper documentation, and respond to project updates in a timely manner.
  • Billing and Certification: Prepare RA bills, follow up with clients for certification, and coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-up.
  • Measurement and Documentation: Ensure accurate site measurement and certification, maintain progress reports, and document all activities.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement and monitor site safety guidelines, ensure full compliance with electrical safety norms, and conduct regular checks for quality assurance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with exceptional experience may be considered)
  • Experience: 12–15 years in electrical project execution, with at least 5 years in managing data centre or critical infrastructure projects
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HT panels, LT panels, cable laying, earthing, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and related electrical systems
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills, effective communication and client-handling abilities, capability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
