Drive complex projects from inception to closure, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. The Technical Project Manager is a seasoned professional with expertise in cross-functional project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.
  • Oversee the initiation, execution, and closure of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Monitor progress, prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Analyze project economics, providing insights on cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
  • Manage the acquisition and allocation of project resources, materials, and tools.
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and executive presentations.
  • Drive process improvements and promote efficiency, automation, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Information Technology knowledge required.
  • PMP certification mandatory.
