Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage sales dashboards, metrics reporting, and CRM management.
- Oversee the deal pipeline, sales forecasting, and relationship management.
- Recruit, train, and lead a sales team.
- Partner with product development to customize solutions for client needs.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to the executive team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a VP of Sales from Hospitality Tech.
- Proven expertise in SaaS B2B sales.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Track record of scaling a company from $5M to $10M ARR.
- Experience in building a sales team from inception.
