Job Overview

An Application Tech Support Practitioner serves as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications.

Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly.

  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Interpret complex issues and design tailored resolutions.

Drawing on extensive product knowledge, you will enhance client satisfaction and system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
  • Collaborate and manage a team to perform.
  • Make team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert-level knowledge of DDI solutions, preferably InfoBlox, with extensive experience in large complex enterprises.
  • Proven experience with Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions NIOS and BloxOne.
  • Strong CLI and GUI skills for Infoblox products.
  • Preferably Threat Defense and/or Advance DNS Protection.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols and security practices and principles, particularly in relation to DNS and DHCP.
  • Clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack, and a broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualization, or network.
  • Able to deploy and manage DDI platforms on private Cloud, Azure, AWS, and/or VMware vSphere environments.

  1. Extensive experience in DDI solutions.
  2. Proficiency in Infoblox Grid and NIOS.
  3. CLI and GUI expertise.
  4. Threat defense and advance DNS protection.
  5. Network protocols and security best practices.
  6. Infrastructure knowledge.
  7. Cloud deployment and management.
