Lead Data Analyst - Opportunity to Drive Business Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze investor behavior and distribution partner data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop models for investor segmentation, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value estimation
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize targeting strategies
  • Implement text mining and sentiment analysis on investor feedback, social media, and complaint data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk modeling
  • Excellent programming knowledge of Python, R, SAS
  • Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB
  • Visualization: R-Shiny, Power BI, Excel
  • Machine Learning & Statistical Techniques
