Otto Car is the UK's largest mobility solutions provider for private hire drivers, with a large EV fleet on platforms like Uber and Bolt. We are committed to sustainability, affordability, and enabling financial independence for drivers.

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst (Power BI & Reporting) to join our growing data team. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decisions for leadership, operations, and product teams. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI and SQL skills, and can translate business requirements into impactful insights.

Your responsibilities include:

* Designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.

* Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

* Building and optimizing data models for fast and reliable BI performance.

* Working with data engineers to ensure accurate and complete datasets.

* Automating recurring reports and ensuring efficient data refresh schedules.

* Maintaining high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance in all dashboards.

* Providing ad-hoc analysis to support product, operations, and leadership decision-making.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.

* Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).

* Solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or equivalent).

* Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks SQL).

* Experience building data visualizations for executive-level reporting.

* Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline basics.

* Awareness of data governance practices (row-level security, access controls).

* Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

* Experience with Databricks SQL or Redshift.

* Experience in the mobility, transportation, or fleet management domain.

* Familiarity with Python for advanced analytics.

* Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

This is a hybrid role (remote + on-site collaboration in Navi Mumbai), five days a week, in Navi Mumbai (Vashi).
