Job Description

This role oversees the planning and implementation of system enhancements and projects to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience. It involves managing regular system maintenance activities related to quarterly releases and configuration changes, minimizing disruptions to users.

The job holder will be responsible for serving as the point of contact for Oracle and Boomi support, managing relationships and escalations. They will provide high-level support to end-users, including training and communication on system changes and new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 or more years of technology or industry experience required.
  • At least 4 or more years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience required preferably for a large global company as an analyst.
  • Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, Page Composer, Sandbox, HCM Design studio, Flexfields, Autocomplete rules, Fast Formulas, HDL, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.
  • Strong technical skills in HCM System extracts, API Connectors, Reporting & analytics, designing system solutions and documentation standards.

This role requires strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, and business users/ stakeholders including senior management to drive business analysis/user requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence, lead teams, and drive change.

Able to work independently with minimal guidance. Ability to share knowledge, coach and train other colleagues with less experience. Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in Oracle HCM Cloud and related technologies.

Others

Oracle Cloud HCM Certification is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their integration with HCM solutions would be beneficial. Experience with other technologies (example Boomi) and systems would also be advantageous.
