Join a dynamic team as a Senior Finance Manager and take charge of leading finance at a strategic level. We are seeking an experienced professional to partner with our directors and drive financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting across group businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans and budgets in collaboration with plant finance teams.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, management information systems, and compliance across various verticals.
  • Manage working capital, banking, and fund flows while ensuring zero defaults.
  • Lead cost analysis and dashboard development for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless export-import documentation and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance) or ICWA / M.Com degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years' experience in finance, accounts, taxation, exports, and imports.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing background is highly valued.
  • Strong command of Google Sheets and MIS reporting, along with BOM creation.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with bankers and institutions.
  • Proven people management skills, including remote teams.
