Job Summary

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager will lead our recruitment function, developing strategies to attract top talent and hire candidates that align with our company goals and values. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse qualified candidates.
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Reviewing and evaluating resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external vendors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience strictly in the Talent Acquisition domain.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
