Key Member of Our Team

We are seeking a key member of our team to lead and oversee a frontline partner team of food service associates.

This role involves coordinating various tasks related to food production planning, engineering, and front-of-house services while ensuring all activities comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to make independent decisions.

The successful candidate will display resilience under pressure, capable of meeting deadlines and handling challenges effectively.

Adaptable and team-oriented, willing to take on diverse responsibilities to support business objectives.

Expertise in food service, technology, and people management is essential for smooth operations.

Results-driven with a sense of accountability, focused on achieving business goals.

A minimum of 3 years of industry experience, with a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management is required.

The ideal candidate will be available for a 6-day workweek, with a willingness to travel within city limits as needed.
