Customer Experience Trainer

At noon, we're building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East. We're looking for a Customer Service Trainer who can help us move even faster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed training content, including workbooks and assessments.
  • Conduct regular knowledge gap analysis to design modules that address it.
  • Train all new hires, prepare them for their role, and own critical performance indicators for the first 45 days.
  • Identify process gaps and take full ownership of bridging them.
  • Develop individual improvement plans and train underperforming team members.
  • Frequently audit customer interactions, find patterns of agent mistakes, and create short training materials to address key issues.
  • Own knowledge transfer of new processes, ensuring all employees understand new or changed processes.
  • Roll out process changes and related communications.
  • Manage our knowledge base, reviewing and developing it to ensure relevance.
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering classroom, online, and blended training with at least 4-5 years of experience and 2 years as a master trainer.
  • Practical implementation experience of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation Models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to give structured feedback to trainees both written and verbal.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects that directly or indirectly improved customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
