  • Establish and scale a new Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Wholesale Rating Models from the ground up, ensuring best-in-class practices in model development and validation.">
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that align with regulatory and industry updates.">
  • Track and translate latest Basel guidelines, IFRS 9, local regulations, and rating agency methodologies into model design considerations.">
  • Independently research and develop innovative solutions to drive business value.">
">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Lead the development, validation, and lifecycle management of Wholesale Rating Models.">
  • Design and implement end-to-end processes for model development, validation, and monitoring.">
  • Develop and validate a range of models, including Corporate/Wholesale Rating Models and Master Rating Scale calibration.">
  • Explore new approaches for rating model development for low default portfolios.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.">

  • Strong foundation in Statistics and Mathematics, with hands-on experience in developing and validating Wholesale Rating Models.">
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python, with expertise in data analysis and visualization using Excel and PowerPoint.">
  • Hold a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.">
  • Demonstrated capability to apply risk management concepts, analysis, and support to strategic decision-making processes.">
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, with personal credibility and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.">
