Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AWS Certified Data Engineer. In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing efficient code, optimizing solutions using cloud services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, and EC2, and ensuring data security, reliability, and compliance within cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and AWS services.
  • Cloud Services Utilization: Implement and optimize solutions using AWS services including S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, and EC2.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security, reliability, and compliance within cloud environments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and application developers to enable advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Troubleshooting and Monitoring: Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor data workflows and cloud resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AWS Certification: AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or Data Analytics – Associate/Professional).
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, Glue, Redshift, IAM).
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python (data handling, APIs, automation).
  • SQL Knowledge: Solid knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
