As a cloud data architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable data pipelines using various technologies such as Glue, Python, EMR/Spark and Kafka/Kinesis streaming.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop highly available and fault-tolerant data architectures using AWS services like Aurora/RDS, Glue, Lambda, EC2, S3, EMR, Step Functions, Cloud Trail, Cloud Watch, etc.
  • Build and maintain complex data pipelines using Glue, Python, EMR/Spark and Kafka/Kinesis streaming.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Document data architectures and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.
