About the Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to own and drive paid marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve high-impact results.

This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale budgets and campaigns.

As a key member of our growth team, you will lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.

You will build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.

They will stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to maximize performance.

Key Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand.
  • Proven track record of managing large ad spends across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools.
