Creative Animation and Illustration Specialist

- Design engaging 2D assets, animations, and interactive content tailored to neurodiverse children.
- Develop and refine a consistent visual style guide ensuring adaptability for future projects.
- Translate requirements into captivating illustrations and smooth animations.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 2D assets with proper grouping, layering, and optimized formats.
- Optimize assets and animations for performance, file size, and responsiveness across devices.
- Export deliverables in multiple formats (WebP, SVG, AI, Lottie JSON, etc.).
- Collaborate proactively with designers, animators, developers, and child development specialists.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines while adapting to feedback.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CorelDraw, and Procreate.
- Strong understanding of responsive and performance-optimized design/animation.
- Ability to create both simple and complex character animations.
- Knowledge of Lottie workflows; Rive proficiency is a plus.
