**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create visually appealing motion graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, infographics, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop animated content such as explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
  • Maintain industry awareness, staying updated on emerging technologies and design tools to continually innovate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
  • Passion for design, animation, and storytelling, with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
