Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and innovation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, including layout, composition, color theory, and typography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Storyboarding: The designer will collaborate with clients or creative teams to develop visual concepts and create storyboards to outline the animation sequence.
  • Design and Animation: Utilizing industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, the designer will design and animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D.
  • Typography and Kinetic Typography: Selecting and animating text effectively, the designer will convey messages and create visual interest.
  • Audion Integration: Syncing animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music, the designer will create a cohesive and engaging final product.
  • Video Editing: Combining motion graphics with live-action footage and performing post-production tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, the designer will ensure a polished and professional finish.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all motion graphics align with the client's brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual style, the designer will maintain a consistent aesthetic.
  • Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements, the designer will stay ahead of the curve.
  • Optimization: Preparing and exporting animations in various formats optimized for different platforms, the designer will ensure seamless delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of design principles: Layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • End-to-end project execution ability, from concept development through delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to the team.
  • Proficiency in animation principles: Timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must, and knowledge of other software like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint is highly valued.
  • Creativity and artistic vision: Ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively convey ideas and work well with others.
  • Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: The field is constantly evolving, so staying current is crucial.
