About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth within the automotive engineering industry. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and contact potential clients within the automotive engineering sector.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.

- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.

- Promote our company's products or services by addressing and anticipating client objectives.

- Prepare and manage sales contracts in compliance with legal regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a related role.

- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance.

- Strong proficiency in English.

- In-depth knowledge of the automotive engineering market.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Strong time management and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in customer support is a plus.

- Background in business administration, sales, or a related field.
