Job Overview:
We seek a seasoned Visual Design Manager to spearhead our eLearning content creation team. As the lead visual designer, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team in crafting engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement functional team structures.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising of multiple levels of experience.
- Develop and execute strategies for talent management, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and project allocation.
- Approve design concepts, approaches, and solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Work closely with proposal engineering and project management teams to create compelling proposals and marketing materials.
- Develop comprehensive design plans, estimates, and demos to support business growth.
- Write engaging blog posts and articles highlighting company strengths and industry insights.
- Establish quality standards, best practices, and processes to ensure exceptional outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Implement systems and processes that cater to team members' knowledge gaps and skill requirements.
- Accurately assess employees' strengths, career aspirations, and development needs to align individual and organizational objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their growth and development.
