Job Title

Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP) is a unique leadership development academy initiated in 1982 with the aim of nurturing, imparting training and building capacities of elected representatives, political and social workers. We are involved in research in social, political, economic and agricultural arenas to take our work to policy level.

The RMP has a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council. Our objectives include establishing knowledge excellence centers, promoting democratic leadership through Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership, and conducting socio-political research.

We are looking for a professional who can lead our organization and bring newer dimensions to our current activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading programs and supervising team members
  • Developing training content and executing training programs
  • Creating visibility for programs and executing report writing, project proposals and documentation
Requirements:
  • Proven leader with excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • 10 years or more experience in program management, supervision and budgeting
  • Knowledgeable about socio-political environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in sociology, political science or related fields
  • Experience in planning, publicity, report writing, program proposals and documentation
General Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English languages
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in word, excel and PowerPoint
