Next-Gen UI Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of our platform's user interface, collaborating with backend and UX teams to create seamless experiences.
  • Translate wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces that exceed expectations.
  • Establish and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure consistency across the platform.
  • Develop high-quality React components using Zustand and TailwindCSS, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall front-end craft, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements, enriching the learning experience.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, driving innovation and ensuring the platform remains agile and adaptable.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience, with a strong focus on user-centered design.
  • Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem, with proficiency in state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets), micro front-end architecture, and low-code integrations.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices, with an agile mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced startup environment.
